These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern your use of the services provided by Visionary Flow Solutions (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) and apply to all clients who purchase or use our CRM software, AI assistant services, automation setup, and related tools.
By purchasing a package or utilizing any part of our platform, you agree to the following:
1. Package Structure & Setup Fees
All plans require a
$997 one-time setup fee
, which includes:
Full system setup and onboardingAI Assistant installation and configurationCRM workflows and integrations30-day free access during the onboarding phase$20 A2P registration credit for SMS phone number verification

2. Subscription Plans
a. Essentials Plan – $297/month
Best for solopreneurs and startups. Includes:
1 AI Assistant (your choice of assistant type)1 Sales PipelineAppointment Calendar integrationLead Capture FormSocial Media Integrations (Facebook, Instagram, Google)Basic Automations including:Appointment RemindersDrip Follow-Up SequencesTriggered Nurture Sequences
b. Pro Plan – $497/month
Best for growing service-based businesses. Includes everything in Essentials plus:
3 Custom Workflows2 CRM PipelinesEmail and SMS CampaignsForms & Survey AutomationsClient Reactivation CampaignsMonthly System Review + Light Optimization$20 monthly credit toward email/SMS usage (rollover permitted)
c. Elite Plan – $697/month
Best for scaling businesses with multiple offers. Includes everything in Pro plus:

3. Orb Add-On – $497 One-Time Fee

is a website-embedded, AI-powered assistant:
Available 24/7 to answer questions, guide leads, and improve conversionsBranded as part of your businessNot currently connected to CRM backend workflowsIdeal for real-time visitor engagement and lead capture
4. Billing & Payments
All plans are billed monthly unless you select annual billing.Monthly subscriptions are billed automatically.All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.Failed payments will result in temporary suspension of your account after a 3-day grace period.Account access and automations will be paused until billing issues are resolved.
5. Cancellations & Pausing Accounts
You may cancel your subscription at any time by providing written notice 7 days before your next billing cycle.Pausing your account for more than 14 days may result in the loss of any stored automations, data, or credits unless otherwise arranged.Accounts may not be transferred or reassigned to another business without express written permission.
6. Client Responsibilities
You agree to:
Provide timely access to required business informationParticipate in onboarding sessions and communicate any delaysRemain compliant with SMS/email marketing laws (e.g., TCPA, CAN-SPAM, etc.)
7. A2P 10DLC Registration
All U.S. clients using SMS are required to register for A2P 10DLC compliance.A $20 credit is provided toward registration fees.Visionary Flow Solutions is not responsible for any message delivery issues caused by non-compliance.
8. Intellectual Property
All automation templates, AI scripts, custom workflows, and training materials are proprietary to Visionary Flow Solutions. You may not resell, duplicate, or repurpose them outside of your own business without prior written consent.
9. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for:
Downtime caused by third-party services (e.g., Twilio, Facebook, Google)Losses incurred due to missed client input or delaysImproper use or misinterpretation of CRM data or AI responses
Maximum liability is limited to one month of service fees paid by the client.
10. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on our website and, where material, will be emailed to clients with 7-day notice.
